Please note that each piece of Touch by Aloha Jewelry is handcrafted by Paulette just for you. I want you to love your jewelry and much as I love making it for you. I offer a 10-day return or exchange policy in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) and must be shipped to Touched by Aloha within to 10 days of receiving the item with a RA number written on the invoice. To obtain an RA number, email touchedbyaloha@gmail.com with your invoice number and reason for return.
